As a child spending summers in Bass River, my family always dined at the Skipper. Last summer we started visiting again, and this summer we have eaten there 4 times. Each visit was wonderful!
The dayboat scallops are the best on the Cape and the salmon is one of the freshest dishes served. Go early or expect a long wait. No reservation policy is disappointing, but the food is worth the wait. Try their huge lobster roll, always a treat!!! The steamers are fresh and hot!
