We come every year in spring for a long weekend. We've stayed at Irish villages for 9 years. We love it. The meal package is great and the food is excellent. It's affordable so we come with our whole family, and our friends come too, everyone brings their parents. It's such a friendly place, owners are working there to ensure the best possible service.

This past spring a group of friends stayed at Cape Cod Irish village in South Yarmouth Massachusetts. We took a mini vacation with the midweek rate which was a good deal. It included 2 delicious dinners and 3 breakfasts over the course of our four nights day. The staff was always friendly and willing to engage you in conversation, regailing us with Irish stories. The entertainment during the evening was usually very good with singers and instrumentalists playing all types of music including Irish music. The only downside was even though our room is clean and spacious it was in dire need of updating and painting which I understand was scheduled. We are returning this year for the same mid- week deal and I'm looking forward to it and hoping the rooms have been updated. Everything else I found to be satisfactory.

My dad and I have been going to the Irish Village for the golf package at the end of April for the last 4 years. My mom and dad have been ging down for some time . The accomodations are comfortable, the staff top notch and the food and entertainment excellent. Love going to the Irish Village. Its a great getaway from Maine and were never disappointed. Anybody who likes to golf check it out, incredible value for the price. Leaving in 4 days for another golf outing and can't wait!

The is is by far one of the best places to stay on the Cape. The staff is phenomenal. The owner, Tom McCormack, is an extremely hard working gentleman. Extra points because he remembers his guests names. This a true gem on the Cape.

My wife and I stayed here for a wedding thats had its reception here in April. From what I overheard the owner of the place only just purchased it from the previous owners. Based on what we saw and that information it is clear that A) the previous owners had let the place go somewhat, B) the new owner has his work cut out to fix it but it clearly trying hard to do what he can as quickly as he can. The Staff were wonderful. In the restaurant and front desk. The Restaurant and Bar have had a big face lift it would seem. The rooms have clearly had a small face lift but clearly need to be gone back not and really overhauled. The bathrooms in particular look a little knackered as they say in the UK.
Overall we had a great experience at it was a fantastic deal for 2 nights with a free meal and 2 mornings of free Irish Breakfast! The live bands were great and the whole place clearly has a wonderful family atmosphere.

Room Tip: I think the upper rooms might be better than the group floor ones. It would have been nice to have t...

We have been going to the Irish Village for a few years. What started as an annual trip is now a trip we make every few months. The overall location is fantastic - a quick trip from Boston - and the pool and hot tub should not be overlooked! The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean and spacious with comfortable accommodations. I am a light sleeper and have never had any complaints with the noise level; the staff and other visitors have always been quiet and respectful. The food and drinks are great, and the dining room ambiance and live entertainment never fail to bring a smile to my face. All that said, the best asset of the Irish Village is the staff! So helpful and friendly; incredibly pleasant and accommodating. I cannot say enough about the personnel, with special mention of Tommy, Kevin and Brigid on hotel staff, Dave and George in the bar, and Emily in the dining room. The Irish Village offers all one could want in a weekend escape, and I highly recommend it for people of all ages.

Just back from a weekend at the Irish Village in South Yarmouth, my third weekend stay in the past 6 months. Outstanding hospitality (particularly from co-owner Tommy McCormack), great entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back for more. A nice variety of live Irish entertainment is offered every night, and there is rarely a dull moment in the bar/restaurant. It's a fine place to spend time with old friends and make new acquaintances.

As for the amenities: don't miss out on a long soak in the hot tub and a swim in the spacious and comfortable indoor pool. Food in the dining room is reliably good and plentiful. Breakfast is fantastic! Though the decor is a bit tired, the guest rooms are clean, large, and all equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. It's a good value for the buck.
