Stayed here from 9/6-9/8. Sent an email to ths hotel prior to staying here and still have not heard back. Booked the room through one of those sites like orbitz. Our room smelled like dirty feet and I noticed all kinds of dust. The pillows were mini size. Brought the kids to the pool later in the day. Online it says the pool is a heated indoor pool... the pool was not heated. The staff was very friendly. Upon check out we were charged more than what we originally paid. We did not have anything charged to our room. Very disapointed.

My husband and I were catching a early ferry to Nantucket and needed a one night stay over labor day. It was difficult to find a place for just one night and I was able to book this hotel. I was greeted by the organized front desk staff and was quickly checked in. It was a king size bed and the room was on the end of the second floor and very quiet and clean. The pools looked inviting but did not have have time to enjoy.

Room Tip: Second floor and away from the street for quietness.

We just returned from staying at the Clarion Inn for 2 nights. We have 3 children - ages 8, 5, and 3 - and had a terrific stay. The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were all so pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and met our needs. I do agree with some other reviews that the bathroom is tight but overall it was fine. The decor was actually nicer than I expected and I was pleasantly surprised. My kids loved the big indoor pool - especially the younger two, as the pool has a very large shallow end so they could stand. The weather was cloudy and on the cooler side so we didn't use the outdoor pool, but the setting and landscaping was lovely. It was GREAT having an indoor pool option, given the weather. You can have a buffet breakfast for $10/person and kids under 12 eat free. We found it to be a good option and convenient - the food was ok, but we couldn't beat 5 of us eating for $20! We did walk across the street to the Hearth and Kettle one morning and had a yummy breakfast, but spent $55, so we opted for the Inns the next morning. We have been coming to the Cape and the Dennisport and Yarmouth area for years and years and have found Cape Cod Creamery's ice cream to be the best we've had. It's divine. The hotel is next door and even gives you a 10% off discount there! Fun to be able to walk next door with the kids for a treat.
The only negative comment I have is the Wi-Fi was very very slow and the second day I couldn't even get on it on any of our electronics (laptop, iPhone, iPad) which was very frustrating. Perhaps it was something that was just going on that day.
We would definitely recommend staying here - especially if you are looking for a family spot and have kids who love pools! Downside is you have to drive to the beach but many beaches aren't too far.
PS I do not agree with Louis Os review at all and am very surprised at his bad experience.

Room Tip: Stay on the second floor and ask for a courtyard view, not a parking lot view.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 1/2 month old for four nights towards the end of August. We were located in a second floor room with a king bed and no balcony.
Pros
-The front desk staff, maintenance, and housekeeping were all very friendly!
-Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was great!
-The pools were well maintained and nice for a quick dip in between trips out and about in the Cape.
-The hotel is located right next to Cape Cod Creamery, which had amazing ice cream! It's also near other towns that have some great beaches and restaurants, such as Dennis Port and Harwich Port.
-Room was always cleaned well each day!
-Our room had a mini fridge and one-cup coffee maker, as well as a nice lounging chair next to the king bed.
-The room itself was a nice, large size-plenty of room for our daughter's pack n play.
-Room décor was nice
-We received a great discounted rate, being part of a wedding block rate.

Cons
A few minor inconveniences:
-It would be nice if there was also a microwave in the rooms. You could keep things cool in the fridge, but not warm them up....kind of a bummer if you had any yummy Cape Cod restaurant leftovers...:)
-I found it odd that they only had a little lounging chair in the king bed rooms-why not a couch for more people to sit?
-The bathroom was a little tight.
-No elevator
-The resort, while close to fun towns, there wasn't a whole lot going on in South Yarmouth itself, making the drive to find beaches and other things to do a little longer.

Overall, a great stay! Being on the second floor was nice if you don't mind hiking up stairs with your belongings, as I was told you could hear everything above you if you were on the first floor. I would definitely recommend this place again!

We've stayed at the Clarion (All Seasons) many times over the years. The rooms are always clean and the location is great to attractions in the South Yarmouth area. Indoor and outdoor pools are a plus. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights, and both following mornings housekeeping set up outside our room. Our group had 3 rooms, and we all went to the beach Sunday. We returned late afternoon Sunday to find NONE of our rooms had been cleaned. The housekeeper seemed very harried, and while she gave us fresh towels, we couldn't communicate that we needed our garbage removed from the room. On Monday morning the housekeeping staff AGAIN set up outside our room at 7am. Their loud chatter and joking outside our door woke us all up. I expect some noise at a hotel from other guests, but the staff? Looking at the Colonial Inn for the next stay.

Very high end with an affordable price. Stayed here after a disappointing night elsewhere and was blown away at the quality and value. The service was great and the location is excellent. An ice cream place next door. Like literally right there walking distance away and a very good ice cream place at that. Many restaurants in walking distance which is great. no need to drive into heavy traffic. Price was very reasonable for the provided services. Room was very clean and parking lot was nice and big. Big pool and overall this place is a great place to stay at. recommend to anyone.

The location, facilities and service staff were amazing. My family including myself had a blast during our stay at the hotel and our visits to the nearby attractions!!!! The indoor and outdoor pool was a plus as we would have the kids in the indoor pool while parents could be in the outdoor pool or in the whirlpool.
