Quaker Inn Conference Center

This place was a disaster, dirty and dingy rooms. I was part of a larger group and everyone had a problem with their room. From leaking sinks, toilets and showers to no hot water (for everyone staying in 1 building). Holes in the walls, old food left in the fridge and microwave, stained towels, strange odors.

Also, the WiFi did not work, there was no breakfast, and the staff are non-responsive when these issues were brought to them.

Basically i would reccomend you stay away from this place, stay in any of the chain hotels or motels within driving distance they are the same price and you get what you expect....a good nights rest.

Room Tip: Bring your own linens, or just stay elsewhere.

We stayed in the "C" building - obviously new construction. The room was accessible from the inside only; it was perfectly clean, spacious, had a refrigerator and a quiet thermostat controlled window air conditioner/heater. The beds were hard! No frills, but if you are looking for a clean motel to spend the night - close to route 146 - you won't go wrong here. We did not partake in the free continental breakfast. Note: they charge 4 % extra for payments using credit cards.

I stole my caption from the previous review. That basically sums it up. It is fine if you just need a cheap place to crash for the evening. I would recommend the Econolodge a few miles away in Sutton, MA over the Quaker Inn.

I stayed in one of the "outdoor" rooms, which had a cheaper rate and was not connected to the main building (maybe those rooms are nicer). The word conference center may lead you to believe the place is nice, but it's pretty much like a cheap motel in desperate need of a renovation.

THE GOOD: Pet friendly!! It's family-owned and the two people I dealt with were very nice. I was also able to get last minute reservations and was able to negotiate the rate a little bit. Considering it was a smoking room (all the non-smoking rooms were reserved), the smell wasn't too bad. Just smelled a little musty, which opening the windows probably would've resolved. I believe they have free wi-fi, although I didn't use it. And there was a refridgerator in the room. Also, considering my room was facing the road, it was pretty quiet.

THE BAD: The room wasn't necessarily dirty, but it was dingy and old. The worst part was the sheets on the bed, which had some cigarette burns and tiny dark spots on them. The lock on the door was cheap, so I didn't feel like the room was completely secure, although the area didn't feel unsafe at all.

BOTTOM LINE: It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay there again. For a budget trip, next time I'd choose the Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn that was 25 minutes away.

Room Tip: No inverno recomendo os quartos localizados na área interna por ficarem mais aquecidos.
