I only stayed one night but it was clean, comfortable, quiet and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice and extremely convenient. Nice ambiance with the fire place lit also. Check in and out was very efficient and friendly. Will stay there again.
Hotel is conveniently located to several restaurants and stores. The hotel is obviously older. The lobby and dining area are nicely decorated however the room decoration is clearly an attempt to update an old room. Walls are VERY thin and any noise from room next door was audible.
I stay a many Hampton Inns and the West Springfield, Massachusetts Hampton Inn is one of my favorites. Location is great if you are a business traveler, and the staff is one of the best. They are always very friendly and always very helpful.
Hotel was very clean, breakfast quite delicious, staff very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay. Would stay again when we are in the Springfield Mas area. The event was a family event. The area was very convenient. The proximinty to our Mas family made this hotl a good choice.
Very nice hotel. Clean well decorated room. We had a king room which had a small sofa which allowed for seating other than on the bed.
The complementary breakfast was good, but options were very limited. There was a good amount of seating, which is a problem with many other hotels.
The staff was very friendly.
We stayed here to break our journey to Cape Cod. We were delighted to have such a clean and comfortable room with all the facilities. booking in was done by efficient and friendly staff. The Hotel is close to amenities, shops and plenty of restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate and able to eat in a pleasant dining room. Can recommend this place.
