The Mariner Motor Lodge is a very nice place to stay when you are looking for a vacation and Cape Cod. From the owner Howie, to Karen and the girls at the front desk you are made to feel welcome from the minute you arrive. The rooms were clean and bright as well as the grounds and all amenities. Add an excellent location and you have the makings of a true vacation

Average place to stay. Has had some upgrades to the rooms but could use some more. Two pools were nice but the indoor one was a bit cloudy and maybe could have used a cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping did not enter the room but did leave a bag of clean towels on the door handle so beds were not made up or changed. Close to Hyannis and the Yarmouth activities.

When on vacation we oftentimes tend to be lax, go with the flow, "take-it-easy" kind of vibe ---- and then we forget things. On our recent stay at mariner's lodge my boyfriend ( in his infinite wisdom) decided to hide his shorts with all his credit cards underneath the bed for safety while swimming outside the pool. Needless to say we were on our way driving back to NY (45 min away from the hotel) when Orbitz ( we booked through orbitz) called to notify us that he left his shorts with cards in the pocket! Apparently the staff notified orbitz, who then called us immediately and we will forever be grateful! It restored my faith in humanity!

The Mariner lodge was convenient, and clean, the staff was exceptional! They have 2 pools we only used the one inside never got a chance to use the outdoor pool! The hot tub inside is good and hot but the ultra jet is to hard on the back. The beds where not the most comfortable and found myself with my back aching the next morning. They also don't have any clocks in the room which i found odd. The rooms are a bit outdated.. They don't have breakfast or any food unless you want to eat from a vending machine or go to a restaurant. To do anything real fun you need to go down to Hyannis to Main Street. It's close to beaches and shopping places and lots of restaurants. Staff is amazing and very knowledgeable about places around to eat and shop etc..

Stayed 3 nights for a mid-week mini vaca with friends. Can't beat the price! Staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very nice/polite. Rooms were very clean. Property well maintained. Great for families. Since we weren't traveling with children this time, however, probably should have stayed somewhere else, but had a great time at Red Face Jacks next door! Convenient to beach, restaurants, neighboring towns.

Room Tip: If you choose pool side, ask for 1st floor (sliders to the grass) at the end of the pool not on the side of the pool. A little quieter and more private.
