Great pools.indoor and out. Nice sitting area on marsh side with fire pit . Close to beaches and many good restaurants. Breakfast is included. Make your own waffles, bagel, muffins, fruit, cereal, coffee, juices. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. For kids there is also a game room.

We stayed for 2 days in the mid of May. The rooms were really nice and tidy and the staff very polite. Indoor pool and hot tub are the highlights ! Just that we found more of a elderly crowd during our stay.

We were offered a two night free package others had won and could not use. We decided to make it a three night trip so we added a third night, sight unseen and headed up for the last weekend of April. Glad we did. Room was smallest they had (free remember) and somewhat older side of things but was clean and quiet. We used the indoor pool every day, very nice part of this facility. The breakfast room and A.M. offerings here were very much appreciated. Nothing spectacular but more than adequate in a quaint setting. We were pleasantly surprised. This was a pretty good location. Easy access to RT 6, Hyannis just minutes away, close to nice restaurants, ferry services, charters of all kinds. Glad we said yes. Would definitely return.

Room Tip: We were at back away from indoor pool.

Buying a Groupon for a hotel, sometimes you never know what you are getting until you arrive. This was a wonderful find, and a great value! The hotel is clean and much larger than we expected, having driven by it a zillion times, never knowing what was behind the main building. We enjoyed a game of billiards in the Games Room, had a room with a jacuzzi room, a lovely view of the marsh and firepit. We loved the bottle of champagne, too!
We hope to return again very soon!!

Room Tip: 2nd floor, jacuzzi room, #237
