Stayed in 1 bedroom unit..slept 4 ..2 full baths. Unit was clean, modern, comfortable. Indoor pool was fantastic. Also has tennis courts, outdoor pool, game room. Very nice area to visit. Also originally had unit on first floor, have trouble with stairs and clerk found a room for me on first floor.

We had a nice two floor unit with kitchenette (microwave and mini fridge) and TV area downstairs, and bedroom upstairs. Two full baths. Unit was very clean, though the double bed is rather small for two people. Location is uninspiring.

Room Tip: Ask for a second floor room with a water view.

The resort is very nice and most reviews describe the facility accurately. My fiancé and I wanted to specifically commend the staff. We had a unique issue with our reservation and it was looking doubtful that we would be able to accomplish what we wanted, but Erin, the manager, was tremendously accommodating and a true pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond for us where most other managers would have just told us that there was nothing that could be done. As a seasoned traveler, it has been my experience that most managers take the latter approach, but not Erin. And she is not the only employee of the Cove who cares about making their guests' stay perfect. Every staff member we have encountered has been courteous, caring, smiling and very helpful. Of the names I can recall were Shelby, Brian, Tracey, Nathan, Michelle and Hailey.

We stayed in one of the townhouses and were very pleased overall with the room. It was fully equipped with everything we needed (dishes, utensils, toaster, can opener, cork screw, etc.). The décor was nice as well - we instantly felt at home. The location of the Cove is awesome. It is centrally located in the Cape and very close to several restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Overall our stay has been great and we look forward to returning again.

I was unexpectedly surprised by how nice of a stay we are having at the Cove at Yarmouth. I am an owner at the resort, but purchased on EBay and had never stayed here before. We're here on a rental and have been treated very nice from the beginning. One of the surprising things are the amount of activities going on for this time of year on Cape Cod. I expected the resort to be totally empty, but there are number of families here.

The check in was smooth and quick and the staff has been very friendly and responsive. The lady in the towel exchange room was nice and helpful. There have been no additional fees and the Internet in the room was free for basic wireless. The wireless is a little slow, but acceptable for web browsing and email. The location is great for access to Hyannis and businesses on Route 28. Someone could actually stay at this resort without a car and still have plenty to do around the area. Restaurants, mini-golf, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. are all within walking distance. The Italian restaurant next door to the resort was packed on Friday and Saturday nights, so I'm guessing it's pretty good.

As far as the room, it's not bad. I was again, unexpectedly surprised. There are two unit types, one bedroom suites and one-bedroom townhouses. We stayed here twice in November, once in the one-bedroom and once in the townhouse style. Due to local ordinances, there is no stove or oven. Looking around now, I don't even see the toaster. There is a mini-refrigerator, small microwave, and coffee maker. The room was clean and fully stocked with supplies. The room is not fancy, but totally acceptable. I brought my parents by to take a look and they were both impressed. The bathrooms and little kitchenette all have granite counter tops. The room is a little small, but definitely good for a couple.

I think a week here with two adults and two kids would be a long week. The unit is listed as accommodating 4, but I don't like to travel that cramp. The units are definitely not big enough for 4 adults, but perhaps I'm just spoiled. I would recommend for couples or families with small children. For larger groups, I would recommend getting two rooms. There are no adjoining rooms here (lockouts) so it would have to be two separate rooms.

Overall, I highly recommend the Cove at Yarmouth as a cost effective, clean, and family friend place to stay mid-Cape.

Room Tip: I would avoid rooms that face the pool, due to the chlorine smell and also the noise. We requested...

Have stayed at the Cove many times and always pleased! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great for families. Have used the indoor pool and hot tub on many occasions. It is well kept and clean. Plenty of restaurants close by, beaches not far and a short ride to many attractions!
We definitely recommend this place.

Timeshare price is good. Their indoor pool and Jacuzzi is very good. Exercise room has couple treadmills and other equipment which is also good but temp is too hot in there. Room was comfortable, 2 showers, a fridge, but no stove. Activities such as ceramics and Movie night are fun for kids as well as adults. Staff are helpful but got misguided a couple times so they need to work on teaching new staff the correct information. Also, the place is like a maze! It's crazy trying to figure out your way in the hall! The architect was def. high or unqualified. We stayed for a few days and still did not figure out our way around.

We stayed here for three nights for a weekend getaway, and were very happy with it. Our son enjoyed the indoor pool very much, and they have activities for children everyday. The unit itself was a one bedroom and it was very spacious and had two bathrooms. It was very clean and we could tell they take good care of the property. This was a great resort to stay at, and I am sure we will return!
