We had a fantastic time at this establishment.Booked the room for 2 nights and then kept our fingers crossed that we could book for 2 more nights in the same room. Cat did it.Thankyou so much. Nan, Gramps, and the Howard Boyz had so much fun. Rooms were kept up nicely. Staff very helpful and friendly. The boyz loved the indoor pool. Plus the inflatable park. We are going to book again. Can't wait

Room Tip: Request bottom floor if you have kids. Much easier to handle the excitement of the inflatable park.

We have stayed at many motels and resorts along the Cape over the years, but Cape Cod Family Resort is our new favorite. First, it is clean and the beds are comfortable and new. I can't tell you how many times we have checked into a motel for vacation only to toss and turn on an uncomfortable bed. Secondly, there are indoor and outdoor pools, also clean and well maintained as well as Bocce Courts and ping pong tables that our kids (14, 12 and 9) thoroughly enjoyed. But the best attraction by far is the Cape Cod Inflatable Park across the parking lot. The kids (as well as the adults) had several days of non-stop fun on the enormous water slides as well as several 'dry' inflatable attractions such as a soccer field, rock climbing wall, balancing bridges and classic trampolines. I had no idea so many inflatables existed! There are also features to this resort that will appeal to adults such as a full bar, cabanas (also inflatable!) and table service. The cafe offered decent beach fare (burgers, hot dogs, etc). My only complaint was the lack of healthier items on the menu (such as a salad or veggie burger) because you can't bring your own food into the park but I mentioned this to the manager and he said he would consider adding things like that. But aside from that this resort fills a need for more family fun on the Cape aside from mini-golf. It is also well priced. My kids can't wait to go back and even told me they had just as much fun here as they did at Disney (I didn't tell them it was 1/20 the price :)

Wow, as much fun as Disney! It doesn't get much better than that. Thanks so much for your thorough review, we're glad you had such a great time. We are trying to tweak and figure out the best balance of menu items so we really do appreciate your feedback and suggestions. We hope we can count on seeing you back later this summer or next summer for your family vacation. Happy Travels!

Clean, painted rooms, bocce court, horseshoe pit, small indoor pool and outdoor pool. Inflatable park has water and dry slides. Small game room in building in park. $40 for four after 3pm. $27 a person for entire day. Bring own towels or $3 a towel to rent. The hotel and park good for ages 4 to 13. The dry park has a sumo pit and king of the mountain type activities. Big slides also. Hotel room was $140 through trip advisor but $120 at the hotel. Be careful of price. Also rooms only have a small soap bar not shampoo or anything like that. Room 12 is on bocce court. Other rooms on parking lot or looking at fence at pool. Quiet comfortable rooms and beds.

If you are on this website it's because you are looking for a good deal, like we all are, right? There is a huge amount of misleading and inaccurate information regarding the package deal the hotel offers for free passes for the Inflatable Amusement Park and Kids Eat Free program. First of all, you can't book your room through Hotels.com or any 3rd party travel website. It has to be booked directly through the hotel itself. When you click on the link for the hotel on Hotels.com it brings you right to the hotels website which the first thing you see in the right hand corner is Kids Eat Free. It states they have a full dine in or out restaurant--it does not. It has one window outside to order ( like an ice cream stand) and one pick up window. The rule is ONE meal for ONE kid under 13 ONE time and it has to be off the kids menu with first of course the purchase of an adult entree. My son wanted a piece of pizza and fries. The girl told him pick one or the other. Secondly, I ordered an ice coffee. Oh there is no Coffee Cafe btw. It's all the same window. The girl told me they only have milk and sugar to put in the coffee and she would make it. She also told me she could sell me some milk if I desired more. Kids drinks are not included with the meal. The prices were already outrageous that were listed on the menu posted outside but the food itself was the worst part. My son said he had better food from his school cafeteria. The rooms were very basic but clean. No coffee maker in the room or on site. No breakfast. The pool closed at 6pm. No laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the floors are so thin that you can here every single noise going on in the rooms above and in the hallways. Because this hotel shares a parking lot with the water park trying to get a parking spot during the day was near impossible. Not really that big of a deal but when you're loading and unloading your car it sort of stinks to have to walk through the parking lot off to the side then all the way around the pool and up the stairs with your all your belongings. I was told 3 different things, by 3 different hotel employees, about the park passes and the kids eat free package. The bottom line is that the last worker did stay the website is very confusing but ended up giving us the passes which were only good for one day and 1 kids meal. Oh, and kids don't forget your socks for the dry rides. I didn't see anything about that on the website. I honestly can't say if I would recommend this place to a friend. As a consumer I feel that the confusion on the hotel website might have been clearly written that way on purpose.

It appears from your review you may have booked a room at our resort through a third party without looking at the available information on our website and I can't seem to replicate hotels.com taking you to our website, I don't think the third party sites do that (it would be great for us if they did but then they would lose bookings!) Regardless we strive to deliver outstanding service and experiences for both kids and their adults and we apologize if you did not experience that to your expectations. I thought I'd respond to a few of your complaints though just to clear up some of the misleading and inaccurate information you mentioned in your review..

It's pretty common for third party sites to have different rates and offers than what you find on the direct website. That's the point of these sites as you mention. However, all the information on www.capecodinflatablepark.com is clear and accurate. It's unfortunate if you did not think to look at our website before you booked through a third party site but we state in multiple places on our website, right up front, that the stay n' play and kids eat free promotions are ONLY available when booking directly on our website or by calling us direct. They are an amazing deal and a benefit to booking directly through us. We know everyone is looking for a great deal but sometimes the best deal is through the company itself! Call, click, search, but don't be so quick to assume "deal" sites always have the best deals.

If you are eligible for the kids eat free program by booking on our website or phone then the program allows children under 13 to eat free from the kids menu when an adult orders from the adult menu. What you stated in your review is simply incorrect. There is no 'one meal, one time'...A child can eat off the kids menu as often as they want during your stay, as long as an adult orders from the adult menu too. We think this is a generous plan and we like to think that people wouldn't abuse it but the honest answer is that there has to be stipulations otherwise a child could come and order the entire menu and feed the whole park as often as they want! We are trying so hard to create real value for families that want to enjoy a fun, memorable vacation on Cape Cod but we are a business and we truly hope you can understand the need to put SOME limitations on this.

Our coffee cafe has yet to live up to our vision. We've made drastic updates and expansions in both the park and resort and we're not done yet. Our vision was for a separate area from the cafe for specialty coffees and we haven't completed that so the coffee is being served currently from the shark tank cafe. In response to your review we will update the website to reflect this as we do not mean to mislead anyone. I'm VERY surprised to hear your account of the conversation about the milk and sugar but regardless we have spoken to all the staff regarding your feedback and apologize for not meeting your needs.

You mention no coffee maker, no laundry, no breakfast. This is all accurate, however we clearly state all the amenities on our website and none of these items are listed as available at our resort. We aren't misleading in any possible way, we simply don't offer the amenities you seem to want but that information was available to you prior to you booking a room.

You also mention that you had to walk a distance to your room with your luggage. It's pretty rare that you don't have to walk with your luggage, that would be more of a motel situation. We're pretty confident that the walk from the parking lot to the rooms is not any further than what most people would expect at any hotel. We do clearly state that the resort and inflatable park are on the same property, we see this as a positive thing. Once people get to the property they don't have to drive again unless they wish to. We have a lot of great amenities and food that we hope will keep families happy and entertained for the length of their stay with us.

The socks are referenced on our rates page. As a result of your feedback we will add it to the rides page as well.

In the end our staff did give you the free passes so we hope you had a fabulous time using them. Again, we strive for the best experience here. We feel that we offer a really unique attraction on Cape Cod at an extremely competitive price point. Our goal is to make a Cape Cod vacation affordable for families and packed with value so you'll want to return again and again. We hope when you look back on your vacation you created some fun memories. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

We booked this hotel because it was fairly priced. It was a great surprise to see how nice the rooms were. Nicely renovated and very clean. The kids went back and forth from the pool and the inflatable park. We couldn't have picked a better place to keep the kids occupied.

The rooms are renovated and furniture is new, the only thing that I would do to get rid of the ugly chain fence and put nice white fence and flowers. They offered an upgrade for $40 to inflatable park which we did not interested but it was a good deal.

It was a delightful suprise to enter the room which was immaculate and very comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out with all of our stuff! The greatest thing was the huge inflatable park and when the kids get tired it's back to the room for a rest, then a swim in either of the beautiful pools, a snack at the "Shark Bite Cafe which is conveniently located on the premises and back to the park. ( By this time I was ready for a big girl drink ordered in the park and enjoyed while I kicked back in one of the cabanas). I was happy, the kids were happy and we didn't have to drive all over the place looking for food and activties-or spend a ton of money! What a great idea! A mini Disney in our own back yard.

Room Tip: I was happy with the rooms right in front of the bocce court central location and nice and quiet
