We stayed three nights. Although this is an older wood-framed facility it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The office staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My greeting upon arrival was "we have been expecting you". We were given good guidance for local restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

I have been staying at the Tidewater twice a year for the past four years. The staff always treats us like part of the family, and bends over backwards to make sure we have everything we need to make our stay pleasant.
I travel with my mother, who is disabled, and they always ensure we have the easiest access to a room, and anything else we may need.

At this point, after going there for so many years, it's not like taking a trip, it's like going to a second home.

We stayed at the TI for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade with the kids and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the hotel and room were. The staff were great from check-in to check-out and we definitely look forward to our next trip to the Cape because we'll be staying there without question.

Winter doldrums get the best of us... I was embarking on a new path in my life and wanted to have a stress-free relaxing weekend away with my sweetie. I contacted the Tidewater in, located in West Yarmoth (smack in the middle of Cape Cod) because I noticed they had jacuzzi-rooms. They immediately replied to my request, which was done via e-mail, and comfirmed they had jacuzzi rooms available and that these jacuzzis were 2-person and located in the livingroom, not the bathroom like so many other places. The room was on "Managers Special" and the price was special on my budget. Serivce was ok, with it being winter most of the staff is off and the hotel doesn't serve breakfasts, but the desk attendent had a smile and gave great suggestions of where to eat and hit the beach for some winter walking.

This is a great motel. Clean rooms, comfortable furnishings, great staff, great amenities. My mom and I stayed for four nights. A blizzard came for one night - dumped a foot of snow on the ground. Front desk checked in with us, to make sure we were okay. There were a couple of issues during our stay but they were resolved immediately. Service was impeccable. Older motel but everything updated, never felt old. Indoor pool and hot tub clean and well taken care of (this was a priority for me). Highly recommend.

When we were there in September, the mattresses could have been better. During this current stay the beds in the enclosed section on the south side were excellent. The room was very comfortable. A microwave was handy. The new comforters were wonderful. We had a great view of the Bay from our room and it was very enjoyable to watch the ducks and swans. We look forward to coming back in the future.

This is a nice place for a weekend getaway. Its very peaceful--with a big lawn, nice views of the water and trees, and a large pool and spa area that appears to be very well-maintained. When I went during the week in August it was very quiet. The location is great, in that it is close to the water and close to a number of restaurants and shops. There is a cute and affordable breakfast diner right on site. Its overall a really fantastic place to stay!
