Having eaten here several times, when attending the local theater, we always have had very good meals. This time we were delighted that the former sous chef has now taken over after a period at the Publyk Restaurant in Bennington, VT. He has a fresh and innovated take on the salmon, with a light sauce on a perfectly grill fillet. The pasta was very good as well. The only thing we missed was an expresso, but the pressed coffee was very good.
