Went to the Woods Hole Market after biking in 10 miles from Falmouth with my wife. Market has typical provisions, but lots of other unique things like gourmet Cape Cod Toffee, Avignon bread, and special drinks. The sandwich menu with Boars Head cold cuts, and fresh chicken breast was outstanding.
Takes a second to figure out how to order: you write your order on a piece of paper, put it in a box, and they call your name when it is done.
I got the lobster roll; as good as I ever had! Served on buttered grilled roll on bed of lettuce with plenty of lightly dressed lobster. Mmmm, really great. My wife got tuna salad on gourmet white bread; sounds simple, and it was, but simply great. The piece de resistance is the new roof deck where you can sit to look over the harbor. Can't be beat, and it's free!!
Try it, you won't be disappointed!
