Stayed for one night. Deb happily greeted me with no fuss over me being late getting from Hyannis and showed my to my room on the ground floor of the adjacent cottage. Nicely furnished with queen bed, small table and chairs, chest of drawers and bedside table (and collection of books) and nice ensuite bathroom with complementary toiletries. There was complementary lemonade, coffee and cookies in the living room/dining room in the main building. There is free wifi access which is nice.
Breakfast was out on the patio overlooking the garden. A nice combination of fruit salad, toast and a slice of frittata, accompanied by juice and coffee.
And Bocce, the adorable dog, will happily let you pat her for hours if you'd let her.
I'll have to come back for a longer stay.

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Very clean. No flowers on the walls or frilly comforters on the beds. Clean and classic. Breakfast was wonderful and different every morning. They have bikes that they let you borrow, so please ride up the bike trail. Everything was great and we will be back. Only problem is that there are no TVs in the rooms. It wasn't a problem for us, but they said that some people had a problem with that.

Our stay at Woods Hole Passage B&B was wonderful! It was like a dream come true — beautiful relaxing place and surroundings that made your feel right at home. I would love to come back every year! And breakfast was outstanding!

From the first moment you deal with Deb via email about the reservations, you know you're in good hands.

Despite the two-night minimum, we were only going to be staying in Cape Cod one night and found that most run-down motels were more costly than this charming bed & breakfast.

As soon as we knew we'd be arriving late, we gave Deb a call — she was so gracious and thanked us for letting her know. She had actually already leave the keys and directions for us in an envelope.

The directions were easy to follow and we found the B&B in the dark without a problem. She had left a sweet handwritten note with exact directions on how to get to our room, which was upstairs in the attached carriage house.

The room was absolutely adorable. Perfectly decorated with a cozy coastal feel. A comprehensive (and very impressive!) binder offered options and details for various activities in the area.

The biggest (and only) problem we had with our stay is that one of us is a very light sleeper. The B&B was located right on the main road and the traffic was constant throughout the night. Also, despite our efforts to close every shade so that we wouldn't be woken up by the light, we didn't notice until morning that there was a giant upper window that didn't have a curtain. So we were woken up by the noise from the road and light.

The breakfast was quite a treat! So tasty and definitely a lot of effort put into it! We had a delightful quiche with pastries and fruit. Some might find the 8:30 to 9am breakfast time a tad difficult for planning... especially if you're planning on taking a early ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

Deb was so gracious and so helpful with anything and everything we needed. She made sure we knew where we were going and gave us some helpful hints! She's definitely a pro.

Truly the epitome of what a B&B experience should be! :)

B&B located between Woods Hole and Falmouth. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean. Grounds are nice, breakfast was good. Deb was extremely helpful: she has bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas all for guest use (all came in handy). Additionally drove us to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard when it appeared we would miss it and have to wait nearly two more hours (and really hamper our trip to the Vineyard). No complaints; would recommend to others without reservation; if we come back to the area, would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend the Woods Hole Passage. I've stayed at many different B&B's and hotels in the Woods Hole and Falmouth area and this is by far one of the best. It's a pleasure to stay there, and the service is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are fresh, clean, and comfortable. They don't have that "grandmotherly" feel that so many B&Bs have on cape cod/islands. The breakfasts are great, especially compared to so many other inns in the area, and sitting out by the expansive garden is such a nice way to start the morning. A great retreat and a great value! -Lisa

I spent two nights at this heavenly place. Gracious and attentive, the owner of this beautiful piece of property, Deb, was the highlight of my stay. And her wonderful sidekick Lee! The grounds were open and extremely well kept. My mornings started off with a gourmet breakfast on the bluestone patio. Enjoying the sights and sounds of the gardens and bunnies playing about. My room was clean, simple and completely comfortable. Common spaces were large and pleasant, indoors and out! No t.v. in my room, which forced my nose into my book and kept me in full escape mode. Great location, easy access to Ferry and Falmouth. Would go back in a heart beat!! Thanks Deb & Lee.
