We go to shows here 2-3 times a year. It's a grandly restored theater, very comfortable, however there seems to be less leg room in the last row on the floor. We always try to get seats on the main floor. The balcony section is not terrible, but there are some obstructed view seats that are clearly identified when you are selecting seats online.
Staff are always friendly & helpful. There are concessions in the lobby, including a bar. My only complaint is that they keep people in the lobby, opening the theater doors only 30 minutes before show time. It gets crowded in that lobby, and at times you are literally shoulder to shoulder. There should be some flexibility with their "30 minute rule." PLEASE open the doors when the lobby starts to get crowded!
Parking tip: Instead of paying $10 to park in the garage, consider the Salem Street parking lot near the library. It's a 5 minute walk, and exiting is much easier. You'll be home while others are still waiting to exit the garage. There are parking meters, but they're only in effect until 7 or 8 PM. Bring quarters to feed if necessary ($1 per hour.)
