I stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful The staff were helpful. However, I did not like the 'nickel & diming' they did. They charge for parking, breakfast is not included and the supposedly 'complimentary' internet is dial up and does not work. However, guests can pay for wireless service if they would like.
This hotel is in Worcester, not Paris, and for the (expensive) cost of the room, I would not expect to have to pay for so many extras.

There is no bellhop, and it was not easy leaving my car on a busy street and getting packages and conference materials loaded on a big luggage rack, and managing it into the hotel, in my heels and dress... though the desk did hold it while I moved my car into the garage across the street, and ran back to the hotel to drag the thing up to the room. Bell hop needed. Also checking out, they neglected to ask if I had the parking ticket validated, and then did not know how it worked, so it meant walking with luggage to the garage across the street and down the block, then returning twice, and in the end we made a call to the garage help line, and then called the hotel to explain to them how it should work. Uninformed desk staff. But, the room was clean and fairly quiet. I was only there to sleep and shower so did not use any of the hotel amenities, but I heard the breakfast and pool were not worth it. Bad coffee and too much chlorine. My friend had an allergic reaction. But they were very nice about getting her oatmeal for a tub soak to help with the hives. Also, though I was on a conference budget, they claimed when I made the reservations that the deadline to get the discount was past. This was not true. However they worked something out to my advantage, so that was nice.

Great service. Excellent location. Rooms were clean. “Everything a business traveler could need” yed for three nights for work related travel. Clean, modern, attractive. Desk with outlets including USB port; strong free WiFi signal on every floor; secure facility requiring a tap room key for elevator operations. Fast check in and check out. Will definitely stay again.

Staff did not care enough about their business clientele. They did nothing about quieting down the kids that were partying throughout the hotel all night long. In addition, they forgot to mention that the hotel would validate the parking ticket so that I would only pay $9.95 for parking. Instead, I paid $18.50 per night! Would have been nice if they mentioned it upon check in.

Exemplary, professional, friendly staff eager to accommodate our needs and make adjustments for any mixups, however small. Spacious room, comfortable bed, super clean. Bathroom large and spotless. Uno's on site-- good pizza.

This place appears to be brand new it is so well kept and clean. The staff is so helpful and they bend over backwards for you. There is a pizza place with a nice bar attached to the hotel and it is right next to the conference center in town. Fridge, microwave, and single cup coffee dispenser in room and free wifi and internet for guests. A very good restaurant in the lobby that serves a nice breakfast. Parking is in the parking deck across the street from the hotel.

Every member of the staff acted as if I was a VIP! The service was beyond excellent. The rooms were big, clean and well attended. Beds were super comfortable. Keurig coffee maker in the room, along with fridge and microwave. the shuttle service with a 5 mile radius was like having a personal chauffeur, and saved me a lot of money on cabs. The staff do their best with availability, but whenthe shuttle was not available, they always made sure to call a cab for me. I thought the breakfast was a little pricey at $12.95 for my morning appetite. But if all you can eat breakfast is your thing, then it's good.
