I can't tell you how wonderful this place is. The house is elegant and comfortable, beautifully decorated in traditional New England style. The owners, John and Kris, are perfectly lovely and generous to a fault. They stock the rooms with fruit/water/cereal bars, and they have jars of homemade cookies, wines and spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks in the dining room. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

Found this B and B by a recommendation of another B and B that was full. We wanted quick access to the ferry boat to Nantucket. Located on scenic Route 6A but a 10 minute ride to the ferry. Breakfast was amazing. Cookies were amazing. John and Chris were passionate about their work. Very clean. Only negative comment from our group is that they used 1 ply vs 2 ply toilet paper. We chuckled about this......

The Liberty Hill Inn is a beautiful old home in Yarmouth, Ma. Our room was very comfortable, and I didn't see a speck of dust anyplace! The common rooms were also very inviting. The house has been beautifully restored. The location is also great, a great place from which to explore the Mid Cape and all the charming villages and excellent restaurants along Highway 6A. Most important, however, was the great hospitality offered byJohn and Kris. This was our first visit to the cape, and they were so helpful and were able to answer our many questions. The breakfast was delicious too, Kris's delicious muffins, juice, and fruit every morning plus a wonderful entree. You won't be disappointed if you book a stay at the Liberty Hill Inn. Our visit was perfect.

The crew at Liberty Hill Inn were wonderful and made my wife's and my first visit to Cape Cod a wonderful experience. The breakfasts were delicious; I miss the coffee already. The ambiance of the inn was pleasant and convenient to exploring Cape Cod. John's Wicked Adventure app at the inn's web site was very helpful. But the inn staff and John really made the trip memorable. I cannot wait to come back next year.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Roscommon Room on the second floor. There are first floor rooms in the adjacent co...

Kris and John really do everything possible to make you feel at home and welcome. The cranberry, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies are to die for. Red and white wine was offered at arrival and when we returned each day in the afternoon. Each day there was a different incredible breakfast including fresh muffins, a fruit dish and either an egg based dish or waffles. There may had been other breakfasts but we only stayed three nights. The Hallett room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. There was a gas fireplace that we did not use because it was the summer and very hot out. The air-conditioning in the room worked great and was not noisy. I loved the sent of the toiletries. There is tasteful artwork on the walls. Each room has a thick Cape Cod guide book you can take with you using the day. The daily rate is also a really great deal for this level of service and comfort.
