“Good lobster special”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 August 2013

The view was beautiful. The food was pretty good, but not wonderful. Nice ambience slong with a piano player. The service was okay. Poor waitress was running around and did her best to keep everything going. Great limoncello dessert.

“Awful food, service, decor and facility”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2013 via mobile

The food is something I can picture my grandparents eating at 50 years ago. The Jello pudding i had two days earlier was better than the chocolate mousse The service is painfully slow. Our meals took over an hour and a half to arrive

“Incredible Food, Incredible View, Incredible Price”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 July 2013

Found this gem through a dining guide at our B&B. They have a summer menu that offers a 3 course meal for $25. It's not just any meal, though. They start you out with marinated mushrooms & homemade sourdough bread, then comes a choice of appetizer, the main course: Lobster, Salmon or Filet Mignon!!, and finished with a desert to die for. As if that wasn't enough, they have the best view on Cape Cod. The house made salad dressing was so delicious, we convinced them to sell us a pint to take home with us. The parking lot & exterior of the building need a bit of updating but don't let that put you off. If you come to Cape Cod, you have to try this place. Truly a gem.

“Wonderful, as usual”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 June 2013

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have never, repeat never, had a bad meal or experience. The view from the many picture windows overlooks a pond and, more distantly, Cape Cod Ba,y is beautiful and serene. I usually order a fish dish, either the baked stuffed scrod or the lobster when it is on their specials menu. Wines are reasonable priced. After you order, they serve mushrooms, fresh bread, warm/hot popovers, and salad. With your entre, you get a potato and vegetable. Service is usually good but has, on some occasions, been somewhat slow. It's a place you would go to relax and dine. The proprietor, Michael, has always been gracious and welcoming. It's an excellent place for adults who are looking for a quiet meal in a lovely setting. I think the prices are quite reasonable given the setting and the amount of food they serve. I usually go as a couple but tonight dined alone. Try to schedule your visit so that you catch the sunset, if possible.

“Wonderfully delicious food and lovely setting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2013

I just rediscovered this restaurant ( I thought they had closed)via a special that they issued- $25 prix fixe including a lobster option. The place was sadly empty but the food was fabulous and the atmosphere was truly beautiful. Quite a fine experience!!!
