Sumptuously comfortable suite; fabulous sleeping pillows. Wonderfully comfortable and lovely seating. Breakfasts that got me out of bed earlier than I might have liked. Banana nut bread, striata, quiche, omelets. Everything was delicious and served with great hospitality and charm.

Upscale luxury in quiet elegant surroundings, this wonderful inn beckons you into a world of comfort, great food and truly gracious hosts who delight in providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Paul is a gourmet cook, your taste buds will thank you with each dish he brings to the table while Careena is utterly charming and helpful. Their clock collection and other antiques add to the beauty of this immaculate inn; every room is indeed fit for a queen. Treat yourselves!

Careena (spelled as it sounds) and Paul are wonderful hosts. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, gracious hospitality . Made us dinner reservations at wonderful places, gave us great suggestions for Cape Cod bests.
Loved our room too.

If you are looking for a small, meticulously maintained inn and gardens with charming and interesting hosts, the King's Inne is it. This is an intimate setting with only three guest suites and a lovely British couple as your hosts. Breakfasts were superb and featured home made baked goods. The Lewis's are a charming couple with a true servant's heart. A stay here will enhance your visit to the Cape.

And great place. Each room has its own very nice bathroom. The hosts, Corina and Paul, are not only very accommodating but also great people to just hang with. Would definitely recommend this place.

With only three suites, the King's Inne is the place to go for quiet relaxation, excellent location, and cozy charm. We were there for two nights for a cousin's wedding and wished that we could have stayed longer. The innkeepers, Paul and Carina, could not have been more helpful or attentive. Paul even drove a guest to the wedding reception when our friend couldn't find the location on his own. Breakfast was outstanding and there was so much of it, we didn't eat again until evening. Stay here, you will love it.
