This is hovering between 2 and 3 stars for my rating. This place is cheap, so it has that going for it, but it has clearly seen better days. My room was clean, but a lot of it was decidedly old. The room was clean, in that it smelled strongly of disinfectant and air freshener. The sink/counter in the bathroom was not securely attached to the wall, and was missing some caulking, and the chairs had a few more stains than I'd normally be comfortable with. The nighttable had one of those metal clamps on it to lock down the TV remote, but it wasn't being used.
The room had a fridge and coffeepot, and the bed was clean, and the towels looked quite new. The mattress, headboard, and boxspring were also brand new (in that the box spring still had its shipping label on it), so maybe the new owners are gradually updating the rooms. The breakfast isn't really worth it (and they keep the milk/juice in the ice machine, so I don't recommend using the ice for anything other can cooling off a can or bottle). It was an ok place to spend the night, but that's about it.
