Description: Mulligans Pub has been a local favorite for 27 years. It is well known for great food and large portions at incredibly low prices. The wait staff is extremely friendly and entertaining. The building was built in the late 1800's and has the original brick walls, wood floor and tin ceiling. It has a very warm and friendly atmosphere with all kinds of memorabilia on the walls to entertain you.

Visited Bay City this weekend and while in a local deli for a drink we asked a local where to eat and they recommended Mulligans, There were three of us and we all had an excellent meal and great service. Atmosphere in restaurant was relaxing and enjoyable. Mulligan sandwich was the best and my daughter's shrimp basket was delicious. A great experience and we recommend it to anyone visiting Bay City.

What a great place for an after work beer and dinner. I would highly recommend the house specialty "the sizzler. ".

Your typical Irish pub, with a more open layout and a really nice staff. Food good, good beers on tap.

During Tall Ships Celebration this weekend, they still had their full menu. The offerings were broad and the protions generous. They were conveniently located across from the museum and the park. They were packed and yet we only waited about 15 minutes to be seated. The staff was very harried and yet when they stopped at our table they were friendly and helpful. Then they would nearly run to their next task of more drinks, serving the food, refills, or anything else needed. The price was very reasonable for two with lunch and drinks for $21. I'd go back!
