In Charlevoix and Bellaire on business, my husband & I spent only one night at the Bellaire B&B, but it was a great choice. The innkeepers were friendly & helpful; the late 1800's inn is beautifully appointed, with lovely Victorian period furniture; the grounds are park-like; and all was clean and well-kept. We had the Eastlake room, which had French doors that opened onto a private deck with white wicker furniture, which we especially enjoyed. If it matters to you, there was no in-room television, though there was a TV available in one of the common rooms. We enjoyed the late-afternoon wine /cheese/crackers on the porch with the other guests, and breakfast was good, with the innkeepers kindly asking ahead of time about food restrictions / allergies. My only suggestion to the innkeepers is that they either replace the mattress in the Eastlake, or add something to soften it; it was like sleeping on the floor. We definitely will stay here again, however.
