We've been there twice already and had a very good time. The cabins are cozy, the surroundings are beautiful, clean, and very inviting. There is a bonfire pit, gas and charcoal grills, you can go fishing on the lake there, and watch all the stars at night, it is just pure Michigan. The nearest (bigger) grocery store is about 10 min drive. I think there is free WiFi as well but we didn't use it since we came to relax and enjoy the quietness.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. I wish they were my Grandparents :)
We will definitely come back to this place. We recommended it to our parents and they went with their friends once and loved it as well.

We rented out 7 of the 8 cabins for a family reunion. It's a great little place for kids, not too big so that you can't find your kids, nice playground on site. There is a beach on site as well. The cabins are made for 4-5 people, so if you have a big family it will be tight, and bathrooms were really small but they were clean. The lake itself is a small lake and not the clearest, a lot of weeds in the water. Very close to Mackinaw City where there are a lot of fun activities to do, about a 8-10 minute drive.

There are so many great things to say about this cozy resort that I don't know where to begin. From the host/owners, who were so gracious and helpful, to the spotless, cozy cabin and the clear blue lake, we couldn't have been happier. It is close to a fantastic golf course, and just minutes from Mackinaw City. We didn't have children with us, but there is a wonderful playground and indoor activity room. Definitely a five star experience!
