“Excellent accommodation, peaceful location.”
Reviewed 13 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

The standard of accommodation was high, modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. A beautiful view of the countryside at the back. The horses in the field were a big attraction to our 10 and 6 year old girls. They were very friendly. We met Ruth very welcoming. Great location to explore the area on our bikes.
We were sad to leave and Ruth so sorry we forgot to take the rubbish out.

“Lovely cottage with a warm welcome”
Reviewed 9 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Four of us had a very enjoyable holiday, with the cottage as our base. The cottage, by the farm, is in excellent condition and the views of the fields and countryside relaxing. Ruth the owner who lives in the adjoining farmhouse was very friendly and helpful.

“Perfect cottage”
Reviewed 26 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

My brother, niece and I stayed in the cottage for 3 days in July. It was a perfect base for visiting family in nearby Swansea. The bedding smelt lovely. Good pressure in the shower. Cottage was very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. The extra touches were - hand soap in the bathrooms, washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, kitchen foil and a tea towel in the kitchen. Also coffee, sugar and tea. Extra extra touches were the milk and bottle of wine in the fridge. And even some ice cubes in the freezer. I would definitely recommend this holiday cottage.

Liked best: How fresh the bedding smelt. My last holiday bedding experience was really bad.
Liked least: My brother could not get a signal on his phone or lap-top. This did not bother me as I have neither.

“Lovely cottage, spotless, modern with great views”
Reviewed 10 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

5 of us stayed in this stunning cottage in early May. With two young kids and Granny the cottage was spacious and extremely well equipped. Lovely modern interior and kitchen with stunning views over the garden and rolling hills. The location is great, about half way between the motorway and the Gower with plenty of information booklets for local days out and walking routes supplied. On arrival there was a bottle of wine and carton of fresh milk in the fridge which was a nice touch. With a TV and dvd, WIFI, children's travel cot and high chair we could fill the car with just the essentials for a stay. If you like the outdoors I would recommend the 3 cliffs walking through the ruins of Pennard castle and the views on the worms head walk. Nicest beaches of Horton, oxwich, caswell and the rugged llangenith bay and activities for kids at Folly Farm further afield and Swansea leisure centre closer to home. What a well set up, beautiful place to stay we would highly recommend this to anyone, family or couple and will definitely stay again

“Perfect stay!”
Reviewed 4 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

The cottage was absolutely lovely- perfect size for 3 adults, excellent location and spotlessly clean! The view from the living room looking out onto the stables and horses was so relaxing.

Ruth was so friendly and showed us the best places to visit. We went to the Mumbles and Rhossili Bay, both were fantastic and max. 30min drive from Dunvant. We also went shopping in nearby Swansea before driving home.

Thank you for the wine in the fridge, it is the little touches that make everything so special.

We will definitely recommend the area and the cottage to friends and family.

The cottage was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Lovely view overlooking owners paddock with horses and the hillside beyond. Quiet and peaceful. It was in a good area for Swansea, Neath and the Gower Peninsula. Owners very welcoming and would we not hesitate to recommend this property. We were also very lucky to have a week of perfect weather but if it had rained the cottage would still have been lovely and warm and comfortable
