We returned to the Inn for a fall color tour of the UP. The Inn is charming, if a bit worn, and the setting is right on the lake. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast most enjoyable. The Inn is close to Seney National Wildlife reserve. We would return ( again). If you like staying in an older inn with quiet ambiance, this is it. They are open all year, and have packages that include dogsledding, although in the fall,it appears the dogs pull a small ATV, rather than a sled.
