Beautiful restored lodge with great, creative menu. Overlooking the lake and friendly staff. Very clean room. Easy drive to Nature's Kennel. Enjoyed playing games at the bar. Local microbrew on draft.

We stayed here as part of a package deal for dog sledding. This B&B is wonderful. The food is fantastic, people are friendly and the rooms are clean. There is a lovely fireplace in the common area that is warm and inviting. This really is a great place to stay.

Chamberlin's is a welcoming inn and restaurant close to Nature's Kennel dog sledding in McMillan, Michigan. Rooms are good sized with comfortable mattresses; we had adjoining rooms with a shared bathroom, which was great for mom and 2 teens.

The owners were very accommodating, too. We needed to stay on Dec 25, and even though the restaurant was closed for a family party, they agreed for us to stay and said they would save us plates of food. When a snowstorm kept us from making it to Curtis that night, they wished us safe travels. After an overnight dog sledding experience, we were ready for hot showers, naps, and a nice dinner. I highly recommend the stuffed whitefish for dinner; it was delicious! Breakfast is included with the price of the room.

The views, rooms, food and people are wonderful. We stayed here better part of week with our 9 year old grandchildren. We all loved every minute of our stay. The children were able to play in the front yard with outdoor games, board games, walks down the stairs and dock and kayaking. The hosts were very accommodating and the staff was kind and helpful. The food was amazing. Loved, Loved, Loved our stay.

Room Tip: Breakfast comes with the meal and is wonderful. The front rooms overlook the lake.
