Don't let the state of the building or the neighborhood put you off, if you want turkey and nothing but turkey, give this a try. Traveling in Detroit with a head cold and just wanted some home made soup; a trip advisor search for soup in Detroit turned up the Turkey Grill, so off I went. The soup was better than good. Not quite like my wife's homemade, but it hit the spot. I also tried the turkey ribs, which are white meat on the bone, smothered in BBQ sauce and very good. (Skip the fries and slice of bread that come with this.)
The neighborhood is dicey, particularly after dark, and from the outside, and even the inside, you might be tempted to say"no way" but you would be missing some good soup!
Oh, and it is definitely a "to go" spot.
