Food is pretty good. I have had excellent meals along with some good & average ones. One could argue that the prices are on the high side of fair. Good beer selection on tap. Plenty of menu choices to please just about anyone.

Atmosphere is great! Nice horeshoe shaped bar to sit and have a pint. Lot's of woodwork throughout. Patio area that I don't see a lot of people at. Overall: Very warm & comfortable.

Service is top notch. I can only remember one (out of a dozen meals) server that was not acceptable. All the other were nice, friendly and attentive. (Most are also attractive if that matters to anyone.)

Overall: Good place, We will be back somewhat regularly.

This is a great place to find a quick bite to eat. The place is not fancy but is nicer than a 'bar'. The bagel tuna melt, the california wrap, and the fish and chips have been excellent. They offer a decent martini menu as well.

We recently brought our large family to catch part of a Michigan State football game which was not televised on our cable system. Jimmy's is one of our favorite places for pub-type food and especially the pizzas. Despite the weekend crowd which was a bit noisy (we were reseated away from a large party of noisy older women), our delicious supreme and pepperoni pizzas arrived in decent time and were piping hot. Best pizza sauce in greater Lansing, crust, cheese and ingredients were also superb. We had a couple of our diners order the fish and chips and the manicotti, both were also very good with the pieces of cod large and flavorful. A small discount on beer pitchers was a nice touch and as always, the service was friendly and efficient. Another great visit, one of many previous trips.

I spend a lot of time in East Lansing, and Jimmys is our choice for friday night. A very friendly staff (ask Jen to make you a lemon drop martini, extra cold). I love the BLT's, and GF always orders the potato soup. OK selection of drafts, and they have a lot of ways to make black and tans.
