BJ's has something for everyone. You can order from the menu or help yourself at a well stocked buffet. Breakfast is also outstanding.

Never a good sign when you pull into a parking lot and it is empty – especially when it is a restaurant known for its buffet. We dined while on vacation based on TA reviews and the fact the front desk of our hotel provided us 15% off coupons. It was a Sunday night around 5:45 PM. The smell upon entry wasn’t appetizing, and I couldn’t place it. It wasn’t fishy, it wasn’t garbage, and it wasn’t gas – just unpleasant.

We were seated in a brightly lit room with a fireplace; servers were quite friendly. She said the bulk of their business on Sunday is for breakfast. She never told us about the specials that were on the menu board as we walked in. My family checked out the buffet and deemed it adequate so we all ordered it. The cabbage rolls were amazing. The meatloaf was good too. All of the proteins I chose, I enjoyed. I didn’t eat any of the sides, but did try the salads. The loaded smashed potato salad and the mousse were great! It would have been helpful to have things labeled.

We went away stuffed. Was it the best buffet ever, no. Due to the slow evening, the food could have been fresher. I also would have liked to see a few finger food/appetizer type items on the buffet. The salad bar had a nice amount of prepared salads, but would have like a few extra raw salad toppings like sunflower seeds, garbanzo beans, cauliflower, etc.

First and foremost, very friendly service! Stopped in for lunch but overlapped the breakfast buffet slightly. Food was great!! Salad bar was a good size and looked fresh. Chicken soup was a hit. Great value. Well rounded choice of food on buffet including dessert. Can access snowmobile trail. Will definitely be back!
