This is definitely the best pizza place in town, especially if you want something healthy. You can get anything from a traditional Italian pizza to a build-your-own, with available toppings including whatever veggies are in season, different sauces (we once had a sunflower seed based sauce that was delicious), and regular or vegan cheeses. They also have a gluten-free crust, which is very filling and tastes great.

This is THE place to go if you want gluten-free, organic pizza with unusual toppings like scapes, fingering potatoes and root veggies, with a crust that is reminiscent of pita bread. They also have calzones and salads. I have hated eating out until now, because restaurant food is typically loaded with salt, chemicals and genetically-modified soybean or canola oils. But this place makes me feel safe ordering anything off the menu. You can sit at the bar and watch them whip your pizza together, and then see it when they pull it out of the oven, all bubbly and steaming. And Cult is one of the few places you can get cashew cheese instead of dairy cheese.

Best of all, they just started being open on Sundays! If you are vegan and prefer organic foods, you will LOVE this place!
