If you decide to stay at this location you will not be disappointed, from top to bottom you will not find a better value. The rooms are absolutely spotless, always. The breakfasts are excellent, always. The workout out room overlooks the pool and is top shelf. The staff are some of the best that I have come across and I travel regularly. I recently switched all of our business travel to this property. Top notch, and an amazing value
I absolutely loved this hotel. Every employee I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant makes her own recipes in the morning, so the breakfast was completely unique compared to all of the other hotels. The hotel was also spotless. This is my new favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids!
Extremely clean hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We stayed one night at this hotel. We've never stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before, but will definitely seek one out on our next vacation. We checked in at 9pm and much to the delight of our 7 and 4 year olds, the pool was open until midnight. I had reserved the room only hours earlier by phone and requested a crib. Although it wasn't in the room upon check in, after advising the front desk, it was there when we returned from the pool. The continental breakfast was enough to keep us full until lunch. The kids loved making their own waffles. Checkout was a breeze. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful in supplying shaving cream, as well as local information.
