150 miles, all day, great ride!!LIked everybit of this trail, It is a bit rockey. Pretty cool, seen lots of deer, and other small animals. On old railroad grade so can be kind of bumpy. Be careful in Copper Harbor, gas station was closed for a week. Bring gas on your trip.

The drive up to Copper Harbor was nice, but there wasn't really much there to do and the bugs were large and everywhere.

Take the west trail north through Eagle Harbor. It is absolutely beautiful. There are many places to stop and see along Lake Superior. Drive up on Brockway Mountain and take a look at the entire area. You can even see Lake of the Clouds.

this one is a bit confusing, the trail to copper harbor - I assume is the snowmobile/atv trail. We love taking our side by side for rides the the harbor especially in the fall, but the picture shows Hunters point which is a nature trail - also very beautiful and very well worth seeing

We are not seasoned snowmobilers, so this was a bit too much for us. It was a loooooooong ride from Houghton to Copper Creek when you're not going 70 mph like everyone else! But the trail was very well groomed, well-marked and had some really beautiful areas. We definitely got our fill of snowbmobiling for awhile! This is where all the big boys go to play in the snow! Glad we went, though.
