We spent a weekend at this hotel while visiting with friends. While it may be a decent and inexpensive place to stop for the night, this isn't a place you want to stay at for any length of time. Small rooms, thin walls, threadbare towels, and doors that DO NOT LOCK unless you pull really hard on them. But most frustrating of all was the unprofessional and surly attitude of much the staff. On our arrival, the woman at the front desk told us that someone at the hotel had screwed up our reservations. Instead of beginning with a simple apology, she proceeded to complain and sigh (even saying at one point "Well, I don't know what you want me to do about it"). Trying to figure out rooms for us took several minutes and seemed to be a real struggle for her. Later that night when a barking and crying dog somewhere in the hotel was keeping us awake, we called the front desk asking for assistance, and the person who answered sighed deeply, as if she couldn't quite believe she was having to deal with this. Look, at an inexpensive hotel, I don't expect concierge service. But I do expect the staff to behave as professionals, not like annoyed teenagers.
