Booked for Sunday lunch at 2pm. We were early but this was no problem. Table was ready and waiting by the fire - very welcome on this very wet cold day. Four of us - all had roasts - they came quickly - very large plateful of excellent food. The only very small comment is that the food could have been hotter. We all thoroughly enjoyed the meals and were very full - but couldn't let the chance of dessert pass. Between us we had sticky toffee pudding, apple crumble and lemon posset. All excellent and huge portions of sticky toffee! All in all a lovely couple of hours, great food and good atmosphere.
