2 of us went for lunch. Each of us had the pulled pork with 2 sides. I had the mac and cheese, which was creamy and delicious. Had the spicy hush puppies too, which were ok (not much spice or other flavor to them). The pork was tender and juicy, but was served stone cold (for both of our orders). The sauces on the table are decent -- the house sauce is a pretty generic, extremely sweet Kansas City style BBQ sauce. Their spicy was better -- basically the same sauce but with heat. I don't care for vinegar sauce, so I didn't bother with that. The service was pretty lousy -- waitress never checked on us, and had to be flagged down. Finally, whoever runs the bar needs to learn how to draw a pint of Guinness -- that was the worst pour I've ever seen!
Overall, not the worst BBQ I've had in West Michigan, but it still needs to up its game.
