We do putt- putt golf whenever we are on vacation. We've been coming to the island for years but never knew this was a course families could use. We were lucky enough to get there just before the night time glo-golf so they let us try one of our balls as a light-up one. How fun and unusual! Very interesting for our group of non-golfers. It was a bit challenging but a lot of fun. We'll try the glo-golf next time!

We loved this put put course! The grounds are beautiful! It took a little getting used to the greens. You had to hit a little harder than at a typical course but we eventually got use to it.

Idea is great. Island has so much to do on it one would not think that "putt-putt" would be a thing. But being associated with the Mission Point Resort, and having the restaurant right in the middle of the "course", it is something that everyone could visit. People can play or watch from the outdoor patio with a drink or food. 18 holes of putting greens. Now for my only criticism...being a golfer I thought the greens would be in a little better shape. They were very shaggy. But as my daughter said, there are many different people playing so they need to make it for everyone. She is right. No one in front of us so as a twosome we played fast. $12 each for non Mission Point guest.

We came here at the end of the afternoon before dinner for a game since our son had been whining about it. For the 4 of us it cost $30 since we were Mission Point guests and you can charge it to the room. There are not fun obstacles here like you'd expect in a standard mini gold attraction but still fun and the lawn was beautiful. It surrounds a restaurant too (which we did not go to because the menu is so limited, despite kids eating free.)

Mackinac is a great place to visit. The entire Island has many attractions to include the carriage ride around the Island, the Fort on Mackinac Island, the Butterfly House, and many shops downtown. We visited toward the end of September thereby avoiding the crowds and the cold weather. The ferry trip to the Island is a nice little adventure in itself especially if you can find a place on the top of the ferry vs down in the passenger compartment. There are several nice restaurants on the island plus the obligatory fudge and candy stores for any tourist attraction. There was ample parking for the ferry excursion (at least there was in September), but even in September there was numerous tourists, I can't imagine what it must be like in the summer months. Carry a warm sweater or jacket during September. There will be a huge number of photo-ops as well.
