Arrived on a Thursday, with a party of two adults and two infants. Uneventful check-in and given a room in section D. Outside of the section D doorway, was a crew of construction workers playing corn hole. I' m assuming they were working there, as granite vanities were EVERYWHERE in the parking lot. Two doors down from our room, the door was open and someone was grilling inside their room with a George Foreman Grill. That was scary! The pools were cold and overly-chlorinated, The room faced the courtyard, which was in dire need of walkway weeding and the patio had no chairs. We requested a pack and play and had to do a second request, as it was never delivered. The room seemed clean enough, minus a coffee maker carafe. Does it warrant another stay...probably not.

Our stay this year, June, 2014 goes down as the worst stay in 13 years. The rooms (especially the bathroom under the vanity) were not clean as I would expect. Internet service was pretty much not working in our room, only when we got lucky and my computer which is brand new, never got a full connection. We had one chair in our room as opposed to 2 that we had always had, so we could have coffee together and the experience was not a good one for us. Hopefully since we are booked in next year, some of these comments help them to improve their service.

this motel was located right off the highway, and within minutes from dow garden where we had visited. the room was nice and spacious with very comfortable queen size beds, flat screeen tv, and a small refrigerator. our room looked out on a beautifully landscaped garden with flowers, trees, walkways and benches. we slept well, and the noise from a party group the other end of the courtyard was sufficiently muted. in the morning we had an exceptionally good breakfast provided in a large dining room on the second floor. there were hot and cold foods with assorted beverages, much nicer and more varied than we had expected. On the main floor is a large, roomy pool room and Jacuzzi, convenient to the lobby. many families were taking advantage of this nice amenity. when i checked in, i received prompt, courteous service in the front office. when we had a problem with the lock on our room, the manager quickly analyzed the problem and moved us to the next room where the lock worked perfectly. check out in the morning only took seconds. i would highly recommend this motel to anyone traveling in the area, but suggest they ask for a room on the inside facing the courtyard to prevent being disturbed by the heavy traffic noises coming from the highway.

No frills place but it provides a clean, quiet room at an affordable price. The interior courtyard garden area is very nice and well maintained. The pool table was fun to use but had poor quality cues (missing, loose tips, scratched surfaces). Did not use pool but looked nice and clean. Easy access on/off freeway but quiet enough not to hear the hum of traffic.

Hotel is a bit dated in many ways. Could use some updates for sure. Go every year for a business convention. Friendly staff. Courteous to the clubs. Thanks for another enjoyable year. Camping in the back. Super great place next door for food & fun. Looks great for next time we stay.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the menu wasn't bad either.

Best Western is Best Western, very average, but not bad either. Our stay was just an overnighter and we were pleased with the service and accommodation.

This place needs everything. Staff was fine thou. Rooms are dated and A/C did not work well at all. Breakfast was a joke. Wall thin and you hear your neighbors along with the party going on in the parking lot till 3am.
