Location was good, staff very nice. Rooftop breakfast was also good. Room was very dark & it was noisy at night due to street noise. Small heater inn room. Feel it was overpriced. I would stay elsewhere next time.

All raves about this guesthouse.
Located within the pottery square, we can view the locals at work at ground level of the guesthouse while sipping our welcome drinks.

All the staff treated us really well. From directions within Bhaktapur and beyond. We were briefed by a nice lady the facilities of our room (stayed there for 3 nights). The guesthouse provides free laundry service as well.

I have to emphasise the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheets and the toilet. It surpassed the other hotels we stayed in Nepal and at half their prices.

Two Thumbs Up! :)

A lovely place to stay, run by people who understand tourism and travellers needs - which is far from the case in many hotels in Nepal. Load shedding in winter means it is often cold here, but most things work most of the time and all the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and charming. We stayed here for an extended period.

Room tip: We had the balcony room which gave us a tiny bit of extra space for an afternoon rest and sit in the sun. Good to look out onto the goings-on in Bhaktapur.

Cosy hotel was a little oasis after spending time in Kathmandu. Good sized rooms with comfy beds although at night it got cold and when the power goes off there are no heaters. They provide adequate blankets though. Everything was very clean. The rooftop is a nice feature with good views of the town. The staff were very hospitable and kind. Breakfast is good- offering Nepali or English options. Washing is included as a free service but allow enough time because we got caught out and left with wet clothes.

Our flight was three hours late getting in to Kathmandu, but the two gentlemen from Cosy Hotel that met us at the airport were completely unfazed by the delay and were very welcoming. What a lovely first impression of Nepal! The people at this hotel were very friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent! Breakfast and other meals on the rooftop were good. WIFI was good (whenever the power was on!).
