“Majestic”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

Standing tall in the Bhaktapur square, this tiered temple looks quite majestic and glorious. Try the Himalayan coffee in one of the coffee houses around the temple and drink in the glorious temple view...

“Stunning!”
Reviewed 17 June 2014 via mobile

This temple is the tallest in Nepal, and it gives you an amazing view. The architecture is beautiful! Once i climbed ti the top, i just sat there for a while and soaked up the view of everything.

“Amazing grace”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

This huge temple stands in a square just off the main Durbar Square. There is renovation work going on to one side so you need to watch your step ( as you will be staring at the temple!). A gracefully proportioned pagoda style temple of five storeys, you can climb the stairs, flanked by guardian statues, to a terrace from which the view is excellent. We were lucky enough to be standing in front of the temple when a small storm blew up - the dust and small debris swirled around the temple as if it was the centre of the storm.
