At first the hotel looked perfectly fine to us. Room was basic but clean. The hotel staff promised us free wifi, hot/cold shower airco and TV for P1000. All fine, we checked in and that's when the disappointment started. At first there was no WiFi. Staff knew this but did not tell us anything and just gave us the password. When we asked if it was possibly not working they said they knew. Why could they not tell us that straight away? Well, no WiFi.. still fine, we don't mind too much. When we wanted to take a shower there seemed to be NO water running out of the shower. Not even cold water. We asked the staff member about this and he said there was no water in the entire building. Then he admitted that we were the only guests with this problem and he didn't bother too much about it. We asked for a room move. Not possible. Hotel fully booked. We asked for some kind of discount since we had to pay for a shower and wifi and both didn't work. No discount possible. Eventually I had to came up with the idea myself if we could shower in the dorm room. That was possible. Only cold shower though. This room was under renovation. The staffmember asked me if we wanted to extend for the next day. I told him yes but to please move us to antoher room is possible. He would try to arrange this.
The next morning there was another staff member at the reception and when I came down and asked him if we could extend it was not possible anymore all of a sudden. He told us that we could move to the dorm room that was under construction and with only cold shower for the same rate!!! I couldn't believe what I've heard. I told him about all the troubles last night. He didn't know about it and didn't care either. We refused to stay in an unfinished dormitory for P1000 so we checked out. This hotel is fine as long as you don't have any problems. As soon as there is something wrong/not working it's too bad for you. The staff doesn't care and they are lying as well. They just want to make as much money as possible. I understand this is a budget hotel and we are really used to the lowest standards and we don't ask for much but honestly, this was disappointing.
