I really enjoy Libelula (even if it took me forever to be able to pronounce it). The space is lovely, airy and open. There is free wifi, a great staff, and the iced coffee is delicious. I enjoy the crepes, particularly the savory ones, however they put mayo on them which I find to be very odd and not a good addition so I always ask for them without it.
Big drawback is that for Leon it's a rather costly coffee shop. Cafe Rosita which I highly recommend, sells a great iced coffee for 30 cords whereas you get a similar quality beverage for 50 cords at Libelula. If you're just passing through the city the cost difference isn't a big deal but if you're living here for awhile it does add up (as ridiculous as that may sound).
They open early which is very helpful and they're open on Sundays when many other places aren't. They recently renovated which made it even nicer. There is generally a good mix of locals and travelers though it is a favorite spot for tourists so you'll hear less Spanish here than you will in other spots.
