The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The staff was very helpfull. My room was perfect and had a great view of the lake. The restaurant next door offered a beautiful setting for meals. It was a great stay.

We stayed at the Shoreline Inn this past weekend due to a Destination Imagination Competition in the area. Since it was our daughter's 13th birthday, we wanted to stay somewhere nice for the whole weekend. Based on reviews here, we picked this hotel and got exactly what we expected - great views, a large roomon the 7th floor with full size fridge and microwave, and a queen and king bed in separate areas (bath in between). We booked this room through Choice Hotels as the booking link on the Shoreline Inn website was not working. It took a little legwork to figure out how to book online. The room was perfect for our family of 4 - we let the kids have the king bed so they wouldn't fight about sharing. The only odd thing was that the beds, kitchen area, (2) TVs and a desk with 1 chair were the only furniture in the room. There were no extra seating areas, you pretty much had to sit on the beds. For a room with kitchen amenities, and obviously set up for 2-4 guests, it would be nice to have a small table that seats 4 to eat at. The free continental breakfast was decent with cereals, oatmeal, pastries/breads, and fresh fruit - but there were not a lot of protein options - only peanut butter or cream cheese, yogurt, or a breakfast burrito. With so many other hotels offering hot choices like eggs or sausage gravy, we were a little disappointed. Also there is no waffle maker, so if you want a hot waffle, as our kids did, you won't get it here. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are in a nice area. The pool is a little small, but was fine for the number of guests when we were there. The water temps in the hot tubs were on the warm side - probably close to 103. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out an hour later at no extra charge. We will return to this hotel next year when we come back for the DI competition again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a lake view!

An industry conference was hosted at the Shoreline Inn and Conference Center. The room was big and clean, the conference center had plenty of wi-fi for our 70+ attendees, the food was exceptionally good for a hotel banquet facility, the view was spectacular, and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely choose Shoreline again for business or pleasure.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the lake.

We stayed at Shoreline Inn for our family vacation last July. The room was immaculate and had great view of the bay and marina. The kids loved being able to get into the indoor pool late in the evening. Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Shoreline in in December and had a wonderful time. The staff and service were top notch, everyone was eager to make our stay even better. The pool and hot tubs (2) were very warm and there is even a fireplace in the pool area! The room we stayed in was a parlor and it was very spacious - perfect for young ones to sleep in their "own room." The views of the lake were nice and it appears to be even more to do in the summer with the marina and outdoor pool nearby. The mini-kitchen was very convenient, and the continental breakfast was decent with a large selection of cold and toaster options. Hotel is a short walk from downtown and the arena. We will stay again.

Room Tip: The parlor room was very spacious and created a decent amount of privacy between rooms.
