Wife and I had Sunday Dinner on the deck and enjoyed the experience overall, will be back again to try more of the menu.
Opened with the Prime Rib starter, requested their spicy version. The primary spice was salt. The meat was smoked very tender and tasty at the core. Would suggest passing on the offering of spicing up the Prime Rib starter.
Wife had the brisket sandwich and her comment was it was very good!
I had the BBQ Sampler dinner and two of three meats were very good. Brisket was tender and beautifully smoked, very tasty. Ribs were barely clinging to the bone and a wonder flavor. The pulled pork was tough, dry and in fact tasted reheated with very bland flavor compared to the other three meats I had tasted.
Will be back to explore the rest of the menu.
