1 review I can't even begin to express how right out of a story book this place was. Beautiful location, beyond beautiful staff and beautiful grounds. My sister had her wedding here and literally everything was smooth sailing. Even though it was summer and warm, the Chateau was extremely comfortable! Plenty of space, privacy and in the most pleasant small French town with small shops and wonderful people! Sam is absolutely brilliant and was always available and the private Chef (Theo Michaels) who came to make breakfast and a few dinners for our party was beyond amazing! Totally unforgettable and worth every penny! Quite literally the best vacation/wedding I have ever had/seen in my life. WILL BE GOING BACK!

The Chateau is an amazing mansion located in St Maximin in proximity of the beautiful village of Uzes. You can decide to just spend your day in the amazing pool, drop by the gym, spend the day in the game room or in the cinema room (provided with an 85" TV). The space is great, you will be amazed by the comfort of the Jacuzzi on the rooftop: have a glass of wine while watching the stars.
All this is not enough? Just grab the mountain bike and ride down to Uzes, Pont du Gard or drop by the Haribo museum. Enjoy the hills in Provence, surrounded by beautiful wineries and olive oil mills where you can spend hours listening the local stories and wine/oil tasting the beautiful local products.
Once you'll go here, you'll want to come back.

What a superb location and team! We were welcomed with a drink at the pool, and all went up crescendo from there-on. Great rooms at a one of a kind - location with fabulous style and mystique, and a super-friendly and attentive hospitality team (including master-chef!).

We recently hosted our wedding at this magnificent chateau. The pictures and videos posted online don't do justice to the beauty of this venue. Each detail is meticulously thought out. It's incredibly classy but the modern elements such as the game and movie room add an element of fun. All of our guests were mesmerized and wanted to stay forever! Sam at the chateau was so warm made us feel like we were at home the entire stay.
I feel so fortunate that we were able to share our special day here with our closest friends and family. We will all remember this weekend for a lifetime. I highly recommend this venue to anyone considering an event or wedding here. It's perfect. We plan to be back one day!

My husband and I chose The Chateau Provence as our wedding venue, following a long search for the right venue in this region. The building itself is absolutely exquisite, with a mix of 11th and 13th century features, in addition to modern facilities, such as the cinema room, sauna and kitchens. We booked the entire venue for 5 nights for our family and friends and had the most magical time relaxing by the pool and exploring all of the many rooms of this beautiful building. You will not want to leave!
The Elsewhere team organised our wedding day on site and were highly accommodating of our needs, making the whole experience relaxed and stress-free. Sam was a wonderful host and helped us to create the perfect day, in addition to helping all our other guests find accommodation in the village.
Our Executive Chef, Theo was an absolute gem and cooked up a storm for us each morning, impressing our families with delicious dishes to cater for all tastes. In addition to breakfasts, Theo also cooked our wedding meal and a fantastic barbecue for our guests the next day.
We had the best holiday of our lives in The Chateau Provence and are already thinking of booking a reunion there next year. Thank you to everyone at Elsewhere and I'm sure we'll see you again soon!

There are no words to describe our château experience, but I'll try. The building itself it magic around every turn. I was lucky enough to spend two weeks at the château and I was just not prepared to leave...and hope to find myself back there one day. Sam, Ann, and Theo were with us throughout the stay and not only did they work tirelessly to give us an epic experience, they were a blast! They felt like family by the end of the trip.
As for the food, we had chef Theo cook for us and oh my goodness, each meal was more delicious than then the previous one....and they started out pretty darn good! You will NOT be disappointed if you elect to have some meals prepared for you.
Last, but certainly not least, the location of the château is incredible. Just a few minutes drive to Uzés and Pont du Gard. Nimes and Avignon are just a few minutes more. Just a gorgeous part of the world.
