Four Winds Casino Hotel has very nice rooms -- spacious and quiet. My stay there was limited to overnights only, without any use of the amenities of the hotel nor the casino area, so can't comment on those. This entire resort, however, is fairly new, so everything should be in fine shape. Room rates vary widely depending on day of the week and if there's a concert coming into the hotel. If your dates are flexible, look for off-peak rates. I paid $89/night + tax, which they say is their best rate. Location is isolated from anything else in the immediate area. They want to keep you there! :-)

We stayed in a King Bed room that was very nice and very clean. The food at the Timbers and Buffet was most enjoyable. This is the only hotel/casino in the Midwest that is has vegas style perks without the expense of going to Vegas. Join the "W" players club to enjoy comps for rooms, movies, and food. The Staff here was very friendly and helpful, we will be returning again and again!

Room Tip: Rooms are less expensive during the week than on week-ends.

Very nice hotel rooms. Very well kept up. Price is even better with complimentary rooms for Players Club members. You have to reserve early. The rooms go quickly. The casino is big with a very large variety of games. The machines seem tighter than other casinos in the area.

Room Tip: If you don't mind walking, ask for a room away from the elevator. Too much talking and noise.

We enjoy video poker in Las Vegas, but the time & expense of flying there from O'Hare airport in Chicago makes it difficult more than once a year. That's why Four Winds Hotel & Casino really is great. It is the only casino with a Las Vegas atmosphere anywhere near Chicago.
The hotel, staff & buffet make a memorable trip even better.

Room Tip: My husband & I have spent many overnight visits, and have never had a problem with the rooms.

I just returned from a two night stay at Four Winds and once again I was impressed. All the employees are so very nice, smiling and friendly.
The room itself was perfect in every way. Nice coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, refrigerator, large walk in shower, huge room with great bed, linens, etc and a lot of shampoo, lotion, conditioner. There is excellent lighting in the room no matter where you sit.
If you want a nice get away and want to feel pampered this is the place to go!
Casino is huge, slots were tight but I had a great time.
