Stayed here one night since I had business locally and enjoyed it very much. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and very clean. Oh, and it's close to Four Winds and other attractions. Great price! I forgot my phone charger and the front desk agent was kind enough to lend me one.

We visited for an extended weekend that includes a concert at the Four Winds Casino but didn't think the $350/night for the beachfront and $200/ night at the casino were acceptable options. We found the Fairfield, which exceeded all expectations.

The hotel is new, clean and convenient. The staff is helpful, giving dinner and beach recommendations and there's a shuttle to Four Winds. The only gripe is that there's a lobby snack bar instead if vending machines, but stay here if you want to save some $$ but enjoy the surroundings.

This is a Fairfield, newer and cleaner. Not a bad option, consider the Harbor Grand as well...
If on business this is fine, breakfast kind of ordinary but this is a Fairfield...

We chose to Fdirfield when our loyalty hotel Holiday Inn right next door wanted $30 more per night! Basically the same hotels both have same size rooms small pool and free breakfast bars. With the money I saved my family was able Togo to The Buffet at the Four Winds Casino which is beyond excellent!

My grandson and I stayed here one night on June 28, 2012. We found the room to be very comfortable. The internet worked fine. Nice TV. The morning breakfast was very good. We had no wait for our room, I booked online several days in advance.

Upon arrival, rooms where not ready. Had to wait 3 hours. After checking in key did work. Back to the front desk, went to the ver small pool, no towels... Back to the front desk, called for extra blanket back to the front desk, needed extra towels , back to the front desk
The hotel staff refused to leave the front desk, they made you come down. Breakfast was lousy, you had microwaveable sandwich. No popcorn in rooms or at front desk. 200.00 per night and lousy service

We decided to meet up with friends for memorial day weekend on the spur of the moment. The Fairfield Inn was the only hotel in the area to have rooms available. I don't know why. The place was great. The whole building is new, modern and very clean.

We arrived in New Buffalo on the early side so that we could enjoy most of the day there so our rooms weren't ready. No problem. We had brought with us a bottle of champagne that we did want to chill though. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly and gladly put the bottle away in their refrigerator for us.

We arrived back to the hotel around 6, after an afternoon of wine tasting, and our rooms were ready. They were fresh, clean and quite comfortable. The only complaint would be that there isn't a full length mirror in the room.

After dinner we retrieved our champagne from the front desk and headed out to the outdoor patio off the breakfast area. Even though the patio overlooks the parking lot we had a fine time. So, to the people to called to front desk to complain about the noise, I really apologize! (We did pack it in for the night as soon as the front desk informed us.) And to the night front desk staff, thanks for being so nice about it.

The morning breakfast selection is very comprehensive. Plenty of seating. They do need to make a better cup of coffee though. The current brand isn't good.

If I return to New Buffalo I would certainly consider staying here again.
