“The taste was average for everything ordered from the menu.”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

We ate here for 3 meals and tried a variety of items. From spaghetti to sandwiches, everything was either under-seasoned or overpriced. I will commend their salad bar. This had fairly fresh lettuce, a decent variety of salad dressings, and nice pasta or potato salads. I was disappointed to see their mushrooms were not fresh and clearly from a can, but the rest of the toppings appeared to be fresh. The service was consistently slow and each server we had could not keep our drinks full at any of our meals. Since the drinks are served in small mason jars and filled mostly with ice, the charm of drinking from a mason jar quickly is forgotten after waiting approximately 10 minutes for a drink. They had the best hours in the town, which forced us to have to continue to return. If you have other options I would pick those. 6 out of 10

“Great service”
Reviewed 21 February 2014

Never had a bad experience here. Food is average, what you expect for a small town, bar type food. Great staff, very friendly. We have only been here in the winter and get right in with no wait.

“Tasty, Basic Food, Great Waitstaff”
Reviewed 5 October 2013

Warning - closed on Tuesday, so prepare ahead of time because Paradise is bereft of places to eat.

This little restaurant is open for lunch and dinner til 9pm every night but Tuesday.

It has a bar area and you can order drinks with dinner.

I have had the fresh battered whitefish dinner - delicious - crisp, not greasy, and not fishy.
Hamburger - juicy and tasty. Fried chicken - just like homemade.

Their salad bar is awesome. They have this pea and peanut salad that is genius - frozen baby peas, Spanish peanuts w/o skins, sour cream and garlic powder. Just amazing! The lettuce is mixed and not just iceberg.

They know how to mix a great cocktail, too.

Desserts are pies that are not homemade, but darn tasty.

Small dining are with simple wood tables with wood chairs, wood slatted ceiling. This is one place that would get business even if it sold terrible food because it is basically the only game in town, but it serves great food. Most dinner time people are waiting to be seated.

“Best Friday fish fry ever”
Reviewed 30 August 2013

I am still thinking about the whitefish fish fry with fries I had there almost a year later. The crust was crispy and not greasy. The fries crisp as well. The fish was fresh, steamy, with the most delicate texture and flavor. Not a hint of grease.

My husband had a steak sandwich that the found to be very tasty as well.
