The tour is free and it occurs every half hour during the main part of the day for the summer... less often during later times/ winter. The tour guide we had was very knowledgeable and fun and gave lots of interesting facts, explained the process and used analogies. You get to see the workers making the products through glass windows - all steps of the process! Lots of fun and very cool.
You get a sample of one of their items at the end and a discount coupon. They have SO many things you could want as far as chocolates, candies, taffy, ice cream, etc.
Expensive, of course, that's the only downside. I didn't try much, but I wasn't super impressed with the taste... definitely good but just like other decent brands.
