The rooms are very plain. Someone got sick on a Friday eve by front door and it wasn’t cleaned until 11:00 AM on Saturday. It was reported at 8:00 AM on Saturday by several guests. There is absolutely no excuse for some staff member not to have cleaned the entry. Forget your title and be a team member!!!

Walls are super thin. You can hear everything from the next door room. TV, cough, blow dryer, microwave that the next room was using was so load it felt as if it was in my room. Had people at 2 am being roudy and smoking things in the hallway and tried to call up front to complain and no one answers. Contemplatinled calling police. Also the housekeeping staff wants to clean your room at 8am and they are in the hallway and very loud yelling to each other. Most awful place I have ever stayed. I have a headache from lack of sleep.

They do made to order omelette and eggs as well as pancake and waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast meats and baked goods. Juices and coffee as well. Staff very friendly and lobby is comfortable.

Great location to my daughters wedding at the Meeting House Grand Ballroom. Free shuttle to the reception. Hotel is clean, and staff is efficient and friendly. Breakfast good and the staff was accommodating.

We stayed there the weekend of April 27th 2018 for the Michigan Graduation. Great hotel with great service. Every employee I encountered were so helpful and nice. They had a good breakfast Buffet and lobby bar. Free coffee in the AM & Free lemon water in the lobby. The only one thing I found was a Hard Mattress. Great lobby with comfortable chairs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: Rooms on lobby side were quiet.
