Quite like a small street in Europe. People and pet friendly with a wide variety of shops and eateries.

Our family of six is always happy to eat at the Butler. It's good food if you stick to the basics like burgers and such. Crabcakes are exceedingly ordinary and not work the trouble, but the service and basic food items are always good.

A great shopping experience with lots of shops and galleries. Although I was there with my husband, it would be a great "girls weekend" location. Bought lots of things for our home and garden.
Can't wait to come back before Christmas!

Oh yes, prices can be high but don't let that stop you from going there. It's a beautiful little coast town on Michigan's west side. The shops are all different and interesting with many good restaurants to choose from. I just enjoy walking the streets and enjoying the excitement of this busy little town. In the Summer months it is very crowded and most difficult to find a parking spot but with some patience it can be done. Great stop even if shopping isn't your thing.
