Everything was a short walk from the Inn, so the location was perfect. Quiet and low key. Our room was clean and comfortable. Innkeeper and her helper were friendly. Loved sitting on the front porch watching people walk by. We will book there again when we return to Saugatuck.

Room Tip: Stayed in a small room in the back, but it was roomy enough and very quiet.

This 120-year old home is located right in the heart of town, making it a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, and the theatre. Our room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. (Great mattress!) The innkeeper, Jane, served us a beautiful and delicious breakfast. We started with coffee, which was followed by fresh fruit bowls, 3 types of homemade quickbreads, fresh orange juice, yogurt, and a tasty egg, potato, and summer veggie bake. We felt very pampered. The house has lots of seating areas, including a front porch with comfortable furniture where you can watch the world go by. We will definitely return.

Saugatuck is a darling town with lots of options for overnighting. The Victorian Inn is a B and B right in the heart of town, so location is great. But the accommodations are old and tired. For the price of the stay, I was surprised by the outdated furnishings and lack of creature comforts. The food was so so, and we found the proprietress to be less than friendly.

Thank you Jane for a very nice stay for our kids, you really saved us that night! The Inn was very clean and comfortable and my kids raved about the "apple french toast" they said it was the best french toast they ever had! Loved sitting on the historic front porch rocking in the soothing rockers too, thank you Jane!

We had a nice stay here in Saugatuck. Great breakfast and conversation with other guests. Rooms are cute and cozy. Location is fabulous and just steps from everything. Glad we stayed here and hope you do too!

The place shows as listed with nice curb appeal. As others have stated the front porch was lovely and nice place to share a glass of wine. The buildings character is very appealing. Found the place very clean and tidy. The bedrooms presented well but could use a few improvements i.e. bedding - duvets would be more suitable, and improve the bed conditions - mattress is so uncomfortable and pillows are dated. Peeling wall paper is evident but not significant. Breakfast food choices could lend it self to more of what a victorian inn should portray.(flexibility to dietary issues not evident) Overall, 3.5 stars!!

Innkeeper is doing everything herself. Too much for one person to handle. Our room was great but the common areas needed some updating. Little musty and neglect as some work need to be done. Food was good. Innkeeper is friendly. We have stayed in many B&Bs in many countries and this one gets a C.
